SiN Reloaded Loadouts
Four kits for the maps Reloaded actually asks you to play, not a class menu.
SiN Reloaded has no loadout kiosk. You grab what Freeport drops and you choose what to feed. These four kits are discipline lists for the maps that punish a messy inventory: the bank, the overhauled silo, mutant labs, and any stretch where crates go quiet. Ranks behind the picks live on the weapon tiers hub. Reloaded-specific rules — independent Magnums, remote mines, detonator bolts, chaining pulse — live on the weapons guide. Movement lives on combat.
Carry two guns you will actually fire and one gadget. The rest is weight you will panic-swap. Point-of-interest markers help you find the next crate; they do not refill a chaingun you sprayed at a single pistol thug.
Bank close-range
Freeport City Bank is the tutorial heist and still the best argument for Magnums plus shotgun. Dual Magnums fire and reload independently in Reloaded, so a six-shot dry spell is no longer a dual-wield timeout. Keep one pistol live while the other cycles. Shotgun owns the marble, the vault approach, and anyone who stands in a door. Rifle only if a balcony starts pinging you from a range pellets will not travel.
Leave rockets in the bag. Splash plus hostages plus timers is how you fail a secondary and rewrite a later map. Spider mines are overkill unless a security nest is around a corner you refuse to peek. This is also the demo kit if the trial opens on the bank: two close guns, no Destabilizer heroics.
If you miss the shotgun crate, Magnums still finish the mission. If you miss magnum ammo, you played the atrium like a chaingun range. Slow down. The walkthrough flags the first-hour route; this kit is what you hold while you follow it.
Silo explosives
Reloaded’s silo pass is one of the maps Nightdive called out as a gameplay overhaul, not a texture swap. Vertical gantries, vehicles, clustered heavies, and sightlines that used to feel like 1990s trap design. Rockets earn their slot here. Direct-hit the vehicle or the nest; do not splash a catwalk you are still standing on.
Spider mines with remote steering are the other silo tool. Drive one under a turret instead of dueling it with bullets. The crossbow detonator is the patient version of the same idea: plant, wait for the stack, pop. Assault rifle covers the walks between set pieces. Shotgun stays on the hip for the interior stairs Chem and silo still share.
Do not open the silo with the Quantum Destabilizer. Cells spent on a grunt are cells you will want when a later experiment refuses to die. Chaingun is allowed if you found a bullet lake; it is not the plan.
Chem, the other overhauled map, is tighter. Bring fewer rockets and more detonator discipline. If splash keeps eating you, you brought the silo kit into a corridor and should swap back to rifle and Magnum.
Mutant energy
Once U4 flesh shows up — subway Mancini, later labs, Area 57 — bullets remain useful and stop being sufficient. Reloaded’s flamethrower damage bump puts fire in this kit as a primary, not a joke. Paint a lane, backpedal, stop hosing a whole wing on one target. Pulse rifle, once assembled, chains through packed mutants the same way it chains through packed mercs. That is the energy half of the name.
Shotgun is the emergency. Magnums still drop a creature if you hit the mass. Destabilizer is the Area 57 and Thrall reserve: clean charges only, because overcharge kills Blade in a lab that is already trying to rewrite him. See enemies before you treat every clawed silhouette as a rocket problem.
Fuel and cells are the scarce resources. If a hallway is still human, holster flame and pulse. Conservation is a mutant skill too.
Ammo conservation
This is the default kit for everything that is not a named set piece, and for Episode stretches where Reloaded already cut backtracking. Primary: Magnums. Secondary: assault rifle in short bursts. Gadget: none until the room deserves it. Holster chaingun, holster rockets, holster pulse. The tier list parks several of those guns in A for a reason — they are good, and they are expensive.
Steal dropped weapons. SiN still lets you knock a gun out of a merc’s hands. A stolen shotgun is a crate you did not need. Locational damage means a chest shot conserves more ammo than a panicked limb spray. If you are dry, you either missed a point-of-interest cache or you fought the bank like the silo.
Wages of SiN starts like conservation and ends like mutant energy. Do not enter Manero’s labs with empty cells because you chaingunned the first mafia hallway. The Wages guide is the mission order; this kit is the budget.
When a kit fails, it is usually the room. Check combat before you rebuild the whole bag. If the problem is visibility or a locked 30 FPS, that is settings and system requirements, not a reason to dump Magnums.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Can I save a loadout in a menu?
No. These are carry habits, not classes. Pick up guns in the world and choose what to feed. Reloaded does not add a loadout kiosk.
What should I use in the bank?
Dual Magnums and a shotgun. Independent reloads keep one pistol live. Skip rockets around hostages. The walkthrough covers the route.
Why split silo and Chem if both were overhauled?
Silo wants rockets and steered mines. Chem is tighter and punishes splash. Same explosive idea, different patience. Details on weapons.
When do I start using the flamethrower?
When targets stop being people. Reloaded made flame hit much harder against U4 flesh. Humans with guns still die cheaper to Magnums.
How do I stop running out of ammo?
Default to Magnums, burst the rifle, steal dropped guns, and save cells for mutants and bosses. Point-of-interest markers help you find caches you used to walk past.
Should the Quantum Destabilizer be in every kit?
No. It is a reserve for Thrall-scale targets. Overcharge kills you. Park it in the mutant kit and leave it out of the bank.
